Beginner's Fitness Coach/ Social Media Influencer

For a while I thought I couldn’t lose weight & i always looked at it as something hard for me to do. After doing the Body Party “House Party 5 Week Challenge”, I not only lost 9 pounds but I came out mentally stronger & more confident than before. Since doing the challenge I have lost more weight & been trying to focus more on health & fitness. My confidence has grown even more & I'm mentally stronger now more than ever.

I am so glad I made the decision to go to Allison! I was very skeptical about getting a personal trainer but that all went away on my first day. I was also afraid of not see results as fast as I wanted to, but she made it happen. I’ve always felt self conscious about going to the gym but she made me feel comfortable online and in person. Allison pushed me to limits I never thought I would make it to.

I have been training with Allison since 2018 from the moment I was introduced to her I knew she was the person that could help me achieve new goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I have been challenged and pushed by Allison, and she has taught me a-lot about fitness when it comes to muscle groups, specific names of certain workouts and most importantly proper form. Allison is everything I needed in a trainer.. She’s attentive, patients, caring, knowledgeable, & easy going. She makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals daily! I admire her passion to help each client meet their specific goals
